What are Notes ?
Notes are the electronic forms of sticky notes that you often use at home or office. Either to keep a list of todo items, as flash card for vocab building, or to keep track of your bill payments, notes are useful almost everywhere.
Why Notes ?
Dont you often find important tips and information while surfing over the internet, that you think might be helpful later. Be it a geometrical formula, a word meaning or name of a novel you plan to read. And more often than not, you dont find a pen or a paper to note it down. Creating a note is the option. With notes, you need not carry a pen always, you can access it anywhere, and you can create and manage your notes with ease, just by a few clicks.
What if I prefer my old paper sticky notes ?

What are the advantages of using notes online ?
In the world wide web, whatever you need, is present online. And its much easier to just copy and paste the information you need into notes. Apart from Going Green this is just the simplest way to organize your world.
How do I organize my notes ?
You can organize your notes by grouping them according to tags. You can also edit and delete the notes once created.
What are tags ?
A Tag is a identifier you provide your note. For example if you have a collection of formula to keep for easy reference, you can use "maths", "formula", "quick reference" as your tags. This helps you to search the notes related to those tags later. Of course you can delete or edit tags later.
Can I see notes created by others ?
Yes. Notes marked as public can be seen by everyone. Notes not marked as public can be seen only by you. You can make a note public/private by clicking or unclicking on the "Public" checkbox.
Can I export my notes to XLS ?
Yes. You can export all your notes to a XLS (Excel) file and store it on your personal computer, or print it and hang it on your desk. (Do think about our planet earth before printing them.)
Do I need to register to create notes ?
Yes. You will need to register with mindinsight (if not already) before you can start creating notes.
Do I need to pay anything to use the notes ?
No. This feature is free to use for all.
