ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What is TestCenter?
TestCenter is a unique online test taking platform. Here, you can take computer-based Mock CATs online sitting at your home.
2. What are the system requirements for TestCenter?
You need a PC with Windows or Linux OS with Internet Connection and Internet Explorer (version 7.0 and above) or Firefox (version 3.0 and above) as your browser to take any mock test.
3. How to launch Mock Tests (mCAT1, mCAT2 etc.) in TestCenter?
Steps to launch an mCAT are explained below:
- If you are not logged in, click on "Start Test" for the corresponding mCAT that you want to take. A window will popup and prompt you to login.
- You will be redirected to the same page after you fill your login details and click on "login" button.
- You have to click on "Start Test" again to launch the test.
- A separate pop-up window will be lauched after you click "Start Test".
- Make sure that your Browser's Pop-Up Blocker is turned off. If Pop-Up Blocker is ON, test window will not be launched.
- In case of Internet Explorer 7, go to "Tools" tab and select "Pop-up Blocker" and from there, Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
- In case of Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Content and then Un-check "Block pop-up windows"
4. Important Note:
Do Not Refresh the Test Window or Test Center home window while test is in progress. Refreshing the windows will result in loss of data.
